Not fewer than three thousand members of the Halleluyah Reform Political Movement—made up of men and women—gathered at Sepeteri City Hall in Saki East, Oke-Ogun area of Oyo State, to reaffirm their solidarity and support for Senator Hosea Ayoola “Halleluyah” Agboola.
During the meeting, movement coordinators disclosed that the Senator has formally distanced himself from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP). The gathering served to communicate this transition to loyalists and to prepare them for forthcoming political strategies.
Hon. Adams Folaranmi, a former Commissioner for Environment, and Alhaji Aliu Tajudeen Adetunji, formerly Chairman of Saki East Local Government, were prominent in addressing attendees. They lauded Senator Ayoola’s leadership record and urged supporters to remain steadfast as plans advance.
Folaranmi led calls for patience and unity, emphasizing that decisions affecting the movement’s direction would soon be disclosed. Tajudeen Adetunji echoed the appeal, commending the Senator’s performance and urging loyalists to maintain trust in the process ahead.
At the gathering, community speakers from Sepeteri, Ogbooro, Oje-Owode, and Ago-Amodu also addressed the audience. They appealed to the coordinators to advocate for the Senator to make decisive moves soon. Among those present were Hon. Ogunyale Kayode, Hon. Abdulazees Isiaq, Mr. Tiamiyu Taiwo Oladosu, and Alhaji Tajudeen Abdulsalam.
The meeting ended with a unified call: loyalists are to anticipate the next move in the political strategy of Senator Ayoola, and to stay aligned and ready for what comes next.
